About the role

This role is a fractional Senior Salesperson for a Residential Real Estate Data SaaS company. The company provides residential real estate market analytics to large brokerages. They are expanding their client base for both their current market content product and a new CMA product.

Responsibilities

  • Do outreach to key residential brokerages and relevant industry associations
  • Take the initial call yourself and qualify, and then loop the founder in to help close the opportunity
  • Help shape the positioning of the product, and navigate the positioning nuances when targeting brokerages vs. individual agents
  • Advise on pricing strategy for both the current product and the new product
  • Use existing relationships at large residential brokerages to get the company in the door quickly

Requirements

  • Owned outbound and pipeline generation for other SaaS startups
  • Significant experience selling software to residential real estate brokerages
  • You must be based in the USA only

Qualifications

  • Nice-to-have: Existing relationships at brokerages that you can use to set up meetings
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with CMA tools specifically
