Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Durham, NC // Hoboken, NJ

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a Salesforce CRM Platform team supporting the continued growth of a Customer Success Experience (CSX) initiative. This role will help design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities while supporting multiple enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations
• Agile software development experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Experience

• Salesforce Agentforce experience
• Salesforce Data Cloud exposure
• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (role will be roughly 80% Service Cloud and 20% Sales Cloud)
• Experience building AI-enabled or automation-focused Salesforce solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhancements within Salesforce Service Cloud
• Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality engineers to deliver new functionality
• Support code reviews, deployments, production releases, and issue resolution
• Contribute to multiple Salesforce initiatives while maintaining development best practices
