Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

A dynamic Senior Salesforce Developer position is available for a highly skilled professional looking to leverage their expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and administration. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure Salesforce security best practices are adhered to and manage user access and roles.
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure application functionality and performance meet quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features, and apply them to improve existing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Experience with Salesforce API, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Components and Aura Framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce DX and Git.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Events and Streaming API.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration Cloud, including API, Batch Apex, and Bulk API.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Chatter.
