Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator

About the role

LABUR is partnering with a client to find a Senior Salesforce Admin/Developer to join their team on a full-time basis. This senior-level role centers on Apex development, delivering new feature requests, and providing hands-on support across Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Deliver new feature requests and enhancements across Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
• Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes
• Build and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows using tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset
• Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure quality deployments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud)

Pay

$150,000–$175,000 per year (dependent on fit and experience)
