Responsibilities
- Establish and exceed personal sales targets while modeling leadership for the team.
- Transition from top sales performer to mentor, providing ongoing guidance and training to new and existing team members.
- Maintain active sales engagement to demonstrate leadership by example.
- Participate in and contribute to the development of training programs and mentorship initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles such as the military, sports, healthcare, teaching, or first responders.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
