About the role
As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will execute recurring and project-based work that enables the Institutional client segment and sales force to perform at a high level. You will own deliverables end-to-end with speed and accuracy, partner across functions to move work forward, turn strategy into execution, and continuously improve how we operate while supporting North American Client Group (NACG) priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support sales initiatives end to end from intake through execution, including requirements, timelines, dependencies, and status tracking.
- Produce and maintain reporting and metrics, partnering with Insights & Analytics to identify trends, leveraging data to drive insights and decisions.
- Contribute to business planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment to key goals.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements, documenting best practices and embed them into playbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, I&A, NACG) to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Support sales tools and capabilities (e.g., CRM, Seismic), including coordination, rollout, and adoption tracking.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure clear actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Provide day-to-day operational support, including workflows, coordination, and follow-through.
Qualifications
- You are action-oriented, organized, and communicate clearly while managing priorities and deadlines.
- You bring strong analytical, collaboration, and learning agility skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and adaptability to new technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
Pay
- Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $111,920-$179,072
- In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
