General Responsibilities
- Educate travel professionals, tour managers, production executives, corporate bookers and planners, field publicity teams & company travel planners on The William Vale
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new customers
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Execute and support operational aspects of business booked
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and sales organization goals
- Support the company’s service and relationship strategy
Qualifications
- A 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or a related major is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Highly motivated individual who can work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information discretely and in the proper manner
- Self-starter, and possess excellent presentation skills
- Proven track record of successful sales history
Skills
- Complete understanding of forecasting, selling, and dynamics of the Brooklyn and greater Manhattan Market and competitive set
- Subject matter expert in the Entertainment Industry
- Knowledgeable about market competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and competitor positioning
Pay
$90,000 - $110,000
Schedule
This position requires business travel as directly by the Director of Sales.
