Senior sales executive / Senior sales associate

Role Summary Input daily sales order data into ERP system Answer customer and salesperson questions on sales orders Process sales returns or order cancellation and communicate to the relevant departments Identify inventory level discrepancies and communicate to relevant department to ensure inventory accuracy Participate in bi- yearly stocktake process Requirement Good command in English and Chinese language (written and spoken) Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel) Location in Kwai Chung Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 ; Saturday 08:00 - 12:30 Qualifications School certificate Years Of Experience Minimum 2 years relevant working experience Employment Type Full Time Benefits Double pay after one year Statutory Holiday and Extra Holiday (extra 1-2 days per year ) Annual leave 7 days Medical benefit Birthday pocket money Discretionary bonus Staff discount Good Opportunities for Advancement
