Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling products and/or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Dark Matter products and/or services
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients - utilizing Dark Matter resources and tools
- Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and Dark Matter’s ability to deliver
- Aids in the development of sales plans and strategies
- Mets sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Requires 15+ years of sales experience
- Experience selling to financial institutions and mortgage banking operations at the C-suite level
- Mortgage industry experience
- Knowledge of Dark Matter’s products, services and capabilities a plus
Qualifications
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements and tailor solutions to those needs
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Pay
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$90,000.00 - USD$110,000.00 per year.
