About the role
The Senior Sales Director will lead sales efforts in the Southeast region, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Southeast market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in competitive markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
