Senior Sales Associate - Transportation Broker

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote services and network with potential clients

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with freight management software
  • Established network of contacts in the transportation industry
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Participation in industry-related workshops or seminars
