Senior Sales Associate- Pilates Studio

As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an incredible first impression for our members and helping grow our Pilates community.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Welcome new clients and help schedule Intro Classes for their first studio experience
• Follow up with leads and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and private training packages
• Help manage member accounts, including freezes, cancellations, and updates
• Use our studio software (ClubReady) to track leads, notes, and tasks
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment
• Participate in studio events, community networking, and promotions
• Aid in training and supporting newer sales/front desk team members
• Make daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails using proven sales scripts
• Absorb and share knowledge from more experienced team members
• Assist with social media management to showcase studio life, promotions, and events

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Sales experience or comfort discussing memberships and services
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with phone outreach and follow-up
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people feel confident
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a background check
• Clean driving record
• Proof of identity and legal eligibility to work in the United States
