Duties
- Assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals.
- Maintain a profitable operation by completing store personnel payroll information.
- Receive and participate in interviews for applications as requested.
- Train, direct, and supervise new employees.
- Ensure store personnel are aware of and comply with all policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Complete and forward sales reports and other required paperwork to the finance office daily.
- Ensure the store is well stocked.
- Support the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by providing professional conduct, work habits, and supervision as directed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record.
- Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
