Senior Sales Associate

Duties

• Assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals.
• Maintain a profitable operation by completing store personnel payroll information.
• Receive and participate in interviews for applications as requested.
• Train, direct, and supervise new employees.
• Ensure store personnel are aware of and comply with all policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Complete and forward sales reports and other required paperwork to the finance office daily.
• Ensure the store is well stocked.
• Support the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by providing professional conduct, work habits, and supervision as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record.
• Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
