Senior Sales Associate

On-siteSales$22/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the job posting. Location: Philadelphia, PA - Rittenhouse (metadata, can be short p). Job Type: Full-time (metadata). Compensation: Based on the above, an incoming Senior Sales Associate can expect to be brought in starting at $22/hr base + commission opportunities with the opportunity to grow from there. That's pay info. So we need a Pay section with that content. Schedule/Availability: Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly. Must have full availability to work and be scheduled for full-time. Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance. Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed. That's schedule info. So Schedule section. About This Exciting Role: description. That's About the role. Essential Functions: list of duties. Those are responsibilities. Marginal Functions: also duties but maybe less essential; still responsibilities. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: includes Technical & Operational, Interpersonal & Leadership, Experience & Education. That's qualifications/skills. Travel as an Opportunity: mention travel not required but occasional. Could be part of responsibilities or maybe a note. Flexibility as a Strength: mention flexibility in working hours, evenings, weekends, holidays. Could be part of schedule. In-Person Connections: on-site role. Could be part of responsibilities or maybe a note. Employee Benefits & Perks: list of benefits. That's Benefits section. Then there is a paragraph about "5 ways we give back to YOU" etc. That's more fluff but maybe part of benefits or culture. Might be considered benefits? It's more about culture. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not standard benefits but could be considered "Benefits & Perks". However the instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "5 ways we give back to YOU" is not boilerplate but it's promotional. Might be considered part of benefits? It's not a standard benefit but could be considered part of "Benefits". However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that content under Benefits maybe as a subsection? But we only have
  • for list. Could embed paragraphs. We also have sections like "We are committed to your growth", "Work/Life Balance", "You will be led, not managed", "Speak Up Culture", "We don’t hire jerks", "We love hearing from anyone...", "Not sure you meet all the qualifications? ...". Those are more culture/EEO fluff. Might be considered boilerplate? They are not legal EEO but more promotional. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly EEO but could be considered fluff. However they said preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep those if they are substantive. But they are generic culture statements; might be considered boilerplate? Hard to judge. Safer to keep them as part of Benefits or maybe a separate section like "Culture". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot add other headings. So we must fit everything into those sections. Thus we can put the culture statements under Benefits (maybe as a list) or under About the role? Probably Benefits is appropriate for employee benefits and perks; culture statements could be considered part of Benefits & Perks. We'll include them as

paragraphs under Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Senior Sales Associate. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Location: Philadelphia, PA - Rittenhouse Job Type: Full-time We can put metadata in a short

Research shows that women and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply. These are culture statements; we can include them as

under Benefits. We must not include EEO boilerplate etc. The later part includes Equal Opportunity Employer etc. That's boilerplate; we must remove. Also remove "This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Accommodation Assistance:" etc. That's legal; remove.
