Senior Sales Associate (Music & Arts) Provide customer-focused guidance to students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, accessories, rentals, and lessons. Drive sales and help enroll students in music instruction, while supporting school service programs. Key Responsibilities Advise customers on products and lesson options with accurate, knowledgeable serviceIncrease sales through customer engagement and product recommendationsEnroll students in lessons and support related customer needsAssist with school service programs and community outreachMaintain merchandising, showroom standards, and inventory accuracy Qualifications & Skills Strong retail experience and/or a background in musicExcellent communication and customer service skillsPassion for helping communities access music educationAbility to manage product and inventory expectations in a sales environment
