Our client is a long-standing, values-led ERP consulting firm with over 40 years' experience, delivering successful implementations across leading platforms including Sage Intacct and Acumatica.
About the role
Join their growing team as a Senior Sage Intacct Consultant and play a key role in leading complex ERP engagements from end to end, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Sage Intacct ERP implementations end-to-end, driving workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client issues, translating challenges into actionable, strategic guidance.
- Align stakeholders on goals, deliverables, and priorities while managing scope changes and maintaining transparency.
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex ERP, process, and data challenges to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Manage client relationships through regular check-ins, clear communication, and effective escalation handling to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including go-live, adoption, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing lessons learned, and strengthening technical capability and consulting judgment across the team.
- Contribute to practice development and consulting methodology, collaborating with Senior Consultants and leadership to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in Sage Intacct implementations, or equivalent transferable experience from business process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma), operations management, or other software implementation roles.
- Demonstrated history of successful ERP implementations through go-live, having contributed meaningfully to 5-10 completed projects or high-impact workstreams independently, delivered on schedule and within scope and budget.
- Documented client satisfaction and delivery quality, evidenced by at least 40% of post–go-live projects achieving referenceable status within 90 days, or post-implementation survey results averaging 4.0/5.0 or higher across project management, technical delivery, and communication.
- Mastery of core consulting soft skills, including strategic communication, interpersonal influence, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Proven ability to lead projects and workstreams autonomously, including managing client expectations, diagnosing complex issues, handling escalations, resolving conflicts, and mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders across multiple accounts or projects, guiding decision-making, and contributing to consulting methodology or process improvement.
- Strong workshop facilitation, business analysis, and solution design experience.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Pay
$120,000 - $140,000 + bonus
US work location; authorization to work in the US required (no visa sponsorship provided).
