Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify safety gaps
  • Continuously improve safety management procedures
  • Promote a strong safety culture through direct interaction with teammates
  • Develop and manage HSE and loss prevention policies
  • Lead the Safety Leadership Team to drive loss prevention strategies
  • Produce and deliver HSE training programs
  • Cookordination with Construction Management to ensure qualified safety oversight on projects
  • Review subcontractor agreements to minimize risk

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Public Health and Safety or Industrial Hygiene preferred
  • Ability to obtain a relevant safety certification such as CSP, ASP, SMS, CHST, or STSC preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in industrial and construction safety and risk management
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and ANSI standards
  • Proven record of leading safety initiatives and collaborating effectively with teams

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
