Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments to identify safety gaps
- Continuously improve safety management procedures
- Promote a strong safety culture through direct interaction with teammates
- Develop and manage HSE and loss prevention policies
- Lead the Safety Leadership Team to drive loss prevention strategies
- Produce and deliver HSE training programs
- Cookordination with Construction Management to ensure qualified safety oversight on projects
- Review subcontractor agreements to minimize risk
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Public Health and Safety or Industrial Hygiene preferred
- Ability to obtain a relevant safety certification such as CSP, ASP, SMS, CHST, or STSC preferred
- 15+ years of experience in industrial and construction safety and risk management
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and ANSI standards
- Proven record of leading safety initiatives and collaborating effectively with teams

Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
