Senior Safety & Security Advisor (62204)

Job Description

Lead and supervise the Safety & Security team to keep students and staff safe. Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with PRH, OSHA, and other safety directives. Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve hazards. Oversee security, visitor control, and student accountability. Coordinate staff coverage to maintain supervised student areas. Provide operational support to ensure smooth center operations. Mentor students and model Career Success Standards. Maintain accurate reports and data on safety, security, and incidents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in military, law enforcement, or security required
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain a safe and structured environment
• Valid in-state driver's license required and must meet Company insurability requirements
