  • Conduct audits, inspections, training programmes, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership on high-risk construction activities and major project scopes.

Requirements

  • Senior-level construction safety experience on large, complex construction projects.
  • Previous experience supporting projects valued at $500M+.
  • Experience on mission critical, data center, advanced technology, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or similarly complex construction environments.
  • Proven track record leading and developing high-performing safety teams.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management, and construction safety practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, mentor, and scale project safety organisations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Professional safety certification such as ASP, CSP, CHST, or equivalent preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and practical experience will also be considered.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a visible field leader who can influence teams at every level of the organisation. You will have experience building safety programmes from the ground up, driving accountability, and creating a culture where safety is embedded into every aspect of project delivery.

Benefits

  • Chance to lead safety on a major mission critical campus development.
  • Opportunity to build and shape the project's entire safety function.
  • Long-term project pipeline and career growth potential.
  • Exposure to a high-profile, large-scale construction programme.
  • Join a collaborative team focused on delivering industry-leading safety performance.
