Senior S&OE Planner
About the role
Your role: Execute and maintain the 0–18 month supply-demand plan aligned to S&OP outputs
Monitor key KPIs such as Customer Service Level, Inventory, and Air Freight and take corrective actions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned execution
Support S&OE governance, including supply reviews and execution forums.
Identify risks in demand, supply, and inventory and support mitigation planning
Maintain data accuracy and planning discipline within systems and processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, inventory, and cost performance
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Qualifications
Acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
Skills
Acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

Pay
The pay range for this position in CT is $97,000 to $155,000 Annually.
Schedule
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an OFFICE role.
