Senior Roll Out Manager

We are building a global rollout team to support projects and initiatives across the industrial area in Volvo, focusing on infrastructure implementations. It will be built as a capability in the organization and provided as a service-offering that will be used as a standard way of doing global rollouts involving many stakeholders. Our aim is to automate the process as much as possible to ensure that all rollouts are streamlined and optimized across Volvo. Azure DevOps will be used as the main tool for driving this process.

Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale rollout and transformation projects
- Drive stakeholder management and organizational change management
- Apply Agile methodologies and ITIL practices
- Optimize processes, automate workflows, and gather requirements
- Collaborate with outsourced IT partners
- Leverage infrastructure knowledge to streamline rollouts
Requirements
- Project Management and Scrum Master experience
- Experience with large-scale rollout and transformation projects
- Stakeholder management and organizational change management expertise
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ITIL practices
- Process optimization, automation, and requirements gathering skills
- Experience working with outsourced IT partners
- Infrastructure knowledge is a plus

Pay
The base pay for this position is set at $111,100.00 – $137,200.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
