Senior Risk Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead key risk management activities across claims, litigation, and insurance administration in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The position will partner closely with carriers, legal teams, and internal business partners to support sound claims handling and informed decision-making. In addition, the role will help strengthen risk reporting, maintain system accuracy, and support acquisition-related due diligence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000+ annually Responsibilities Manage claims and litigation from reporting through resolution Coordinate with insurance carriers and legal teams for claims handling Maintain accurate claim trackers and reporting tools Provide insights on claims and loss experience for insurance administration Administer the risk management information system Assist with acquisition due diligence and confirm COPE data Process Certificates of Insurance for lender compliance Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of experience in claims management or a related field Experience with commercial general liability and property insurance claims Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Benefits Collaborative work environment with on-site presence Opportunities for professional development and growth Exposure to a diverse portfolio of properties Engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
