Responsibilities

• Assisting first-line business partners with completing privacy impact assessments
• Coinciding and executing audits with third-party auditors
• Manning several high-priority projects with little to no supervision
• Presenting risk reports to the Chief Risk Officer and other members of senior leadership
• Applying risk management experience to analyze data and trends and convert findings into consumable executive summaries and dashboards
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members as needed
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and enterprise risks
• Supporting the development and enhancement of risk management processes and controls
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or audit
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in presenting information and risk findings to executive leadership
• Strong expertise in creating executive summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials
• Confident communicator both verbally and in writing
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experienced in collaborating effectively across business units and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field

• Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is ($92,169 - $119,000)
