  • Support the development of new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
  • Participate in Research & Development of new initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of risk/insurance analytic experience; actuarial experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how insurance coverages operate.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage projects effectively.
  • Well-organized, intellectually curious, and positive attitude.
  • Experience using AI models for project research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; programming skills (R) desirable.
  • Hunger to grow project management, business development, and team management capabilities.
  • Innovation and problem-solving abilities to design bespoke risk consulting solutions and models for clients.
