About the role

The Senior Risk & Compliance Manager will lead and develop a team of risk assessment managers, mentoring them to develop their skills, encourage new professional experiences, and satisfy their career goals. They will define, develop, and implement risk programs and drive improvements quantified with metrics, leading, monitoring, and driving projects to completion on time. They will establish successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of risk assessment managers.

• Lead, monitor, and drive projects through to completion on time.
• Establish successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills using data and insights to drive tactical business decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of conducting workplace risk investigations experience.
• Experience in conducting workplace risk investigations.
• Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
