Responsibilities

• Assist in pricing, quoting, and accomplishing trades across digital asset and crypto/fiat pairs
• Support sales campaigns by managing client calls and converting relationships into trading flow
• Monitor algorithmic execution and market-making activity, identifying and addressing anomalies

Requirements

• Proven ability to handle RFQs and grow client relationships
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading and market-making strategies

Skills

Pay

Miami Annual Base Salary Range: $144,000—$170,000 USD

Schedule

Hybrid in‑office flexibility: teams decide which 10+ days a month to work onsite; bi‑weekly all‑company meetings.
