SENIOR RIGHT OF WAY AGENT
Job Description and Duties
The Senior Right of Way agent provides timely staff assistance, advice, and guidance to the Division and assigned districts/regions on all matters concerning the Appraisal function for public transportation purposes. They represent the Office Chief of Appraisals and act as an appraisal coordinator/liaison, overseeing statewide appraisal quality and developing/applying training as needed.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Experience in appraisal and transportation planning
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to appraisals
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
