Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RIA operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of RIA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with RIA technology platforms and custodial systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
