Senior RFP Writer

Our firm is a prominent player in global investment management, specializing in equity assets with a portfolio of $100 billion. We cater to a wide range of clients, including both institutional and individual investors. Position OverviewAs part of our Marketing & Client Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business growth and maintaining client relationships. Reporting to the RFP Manager, your focus will be on managing client communications and documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and fulfill requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).Ensure all documents are accurate and consistent.Drive improvements in database management and tool usage.Develop customized responses for client inquiries.Mentor junior team members and work with various departments.Refine and update standard language used in proposals.Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our products to enhance proposal content. QualificationsBachelor's degree required.At least 5 years of experience in financial services with a focus on RFPs.Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Familiarity with investment and financial products.Experience with proposal management software is a plus.
