About the role

The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center seeks talented Systems Engineers. Our team located in North Texas integrates hardware and software, develops test plans and procedures, debugs and evaluates system functions and interfaces, and verifies system requirements in support of final sell-off to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Support array antenna development, engineering testing, integration and flight-testing, production, system deployment, and post deployment support across the product lifecycle.
  • Through Digital Transformation (DTx) you will perform these functions using a variety of methods and enabling technologies, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.(STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years supporting radar or RF system development, integration, or testing.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within five years
  • Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
  • Hands on experience with RF test equipment such as RF Power Meters, spectrum analyzers, and Network Analyzers
  • Familiarity with antenna theory and design
  • Experience with microwave engineering principles

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

This position is an onsite role in McKinney, Texas.
