Senior RF System Validation Engineer

To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team‑oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the San Jose site as a Senior RF System Validation Engineer. In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division we manufacture specialized components required for precise control of plasma processes, used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

Responsibilities
- Define, design, and execute performance characterizations of High‑Power RF Matching Systems and related modules (sensors, electromechanical control systems).
- Use and create automated software tools for collection and analysis of large, complex data sets; extract relevant results and communicate findings via comprehensive test reports.
- Review data and conclusions with internal stakeholders and utilize feedback for ongoing improvements of test and analysis methodologies.
- Develop, adapt, troubleshoot, and execute automated tests for comprehensive product performance characterization of High‑Power RF Matching Systems.
- Perform Design Validation Testing (DVT) of High‑Power RF Matching Networks.
- Develop, use, and adapt automated tools for collection and analysis of large, complex data sets; extract results and communicate via comprehensive test reports.
- Troubleshoot and debug test station and data analysis results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
