Senior RF Engineer

About the role

This is a hands-on role owning RF systems from architecture and design through PCB implementation, prototype bring-up, test, validation, and qualification. You will work across RF communications and payload subsystems, including link budgets, noise and linearity analysis, RF/mixed-signal PCB design, and board/system-level testing.

Responsibilities

• RF hardware design at microwave and/or mmWave frequencies
• LNA, PAs, SSPAs, mixers, up/down converters, oscillators, filters
• Link budgets, noise figure, linearity, gain cascades
• RF/EM tools such as ADS, HFSS, Cadence, or similar
• Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout, ideally Altium
• Lab equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes

Requirements

• Aerospace, satellite, defense, phased-array, SDR, or mission-critical hardware experience would be a strong plus
