Senior Revenue Strategy Manager

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in a consumer-facing environment. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to pinpoint and define strategic revenue opportunities
• Develop comprehensive business cases outlining objectives, resources, and ROI
• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute strategic initiatives
• Establish project timelines and governance to ensure accountability and speed
• Identify potential bottlenecks and manage risks, collaborating with others to resolve issues
• Define KPIs for initiatives and create dashboards to monitor success
• Conduct post-launch analyses to evaluate performance and extract insights for future planning
• Synthesize data into impactful updates for the executive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations with a focus on strategy development and program management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders with competing priorities
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in financial modeling and revenue metric analysis
• Exceptional organizational skills; adept in breaking down complex corporate goals into actionable plans
• Clear communicator; capable of simplifying complex data for executive updates
• Innovative problem-solver driven to improve and challenge existing processes
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

Pay

$175,000 – $180,000 annually
