About the role

Join our Practice Finance Team as a Senior Revenue Management Analyst for the M&A practice. This role is responsible for analyzing financial trends, optimizing operations, and driving business success.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial trends and performance metrics to highlight risks, opportunities, and key takeaways with a focus on our portfolio of Unrealized Assets.
  • Support monthly reporting and initiatives to help leadership stay on top of billing, collections, and revenue performance.
  • Track accounts receivable, unbilled time, and other revenue-related metrics to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support partners with revenue-related questions and help keep billing on track.
  • Find ways to improve efficiency, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize revenue management.
  • Work closely with partners, attorneys, and finance teams to support broader initiatives and make an impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills – enjoy working with numbers and breaking down complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication & teamwork – able to present findings clearly and collaborate with various teams, developing and maintaining relationships at various levels within the Firm.
  • Project management skills – ability to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests as well as multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset – eager to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of projects.
  • Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation experience.
  • Experience with general billing and database software, with an existing understanding of relational database concepts; experience with PowerBI preferred.

Pay

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in New York. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations.

  • New York: $116,000 - $159,000
