Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager
The Role You'll Play
You’ll lead high-impact enablement initiatives from concept through launch, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams. You’ll design and deliver onboarding and training programs that help sellers build confidence, apply what they learn in real customer conversations, and drive measurable outcomes. You’ll also partner with Revenue Analytics to track KPIs and share clear readouts on program effectiveness.
- Lead enablement programs end-to-end, from needs discovery and design through delivery, reinforcement, and iteration
- Design and deliver training content, certifications, sales toolkits, and resources that support SDRs, AEs, and other sales roles
- Pilot and scale new learning experiences and formats to expand reach and improve engagement
- Translate the sales process, buyer journey, and market dynamics into practical, role-relevant learning journeys
- Align enablement priorities to company goals and revenue outcomes, ensuring programs drive growth and efficiency
- Use data and stakeholder input to prioritize content, improve training effectiveness, and inform what to build next
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to create internal training content that makes complex concepts clear and usable
- Facilitate training sessions and provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, adoption, and program impact
The Experience You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years’ experience in an enablement or program management role
- Advanced skills in using web conferencing and communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Slack, SharePoint)
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines operating in an agile working environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to drive initiatives and outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Engagement and Conversation Intelligence platforms
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs using skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies
- Demonstrated ability to successfully create sales training and content
- Ability to understand and explain complex product and tech concepts
- Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated experience leading meetings and initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay Transparency

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $65,000 to $87,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
