Senior Retirement Planner/Senior Financial Advisor
What We Offer
- Salary: $225,000 to $275,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Additional uncapped production and bonus compensation
- No book of business required. We provide pre-qualified leads.

Requirements
- Seven (7)+ years of new client financial services sales experience (not servicing)
- Active State Life & Health Insurance Licenses
- Series 65 or equivalent

About the Role
This senior level sales role is responsible for leading client meetings, upholding Golden Reserve's processes and standards, and serving as a culture leader and mentor for developing advisors.
Advisors who establish themselves as top-tier performers and team players will have opportunities to pursue management, partnership, and other leadership roles within the firm.
