Senior Retirement Planner/Senior Financial Advisor
About the role
Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced financial sales professional. This senior-level sales role is responsible for leading client meetings, upholding Golden Reserve's processes and standards, and serving as a culture leader and mentor for developing advisors. Advisors who establish themselves as top-tier performers and team players will have opportunities to pursue management, partnership, and other leadership roles within the firm.
We are a full-service RIA and insurance firm that built our company not only to change the financial industry for the retirees we serve, but also for the financial professionals we hire. Our lead generation is driven by its nationwide radio and television show, educational workshops, digital marketing, and world-class client service. In a short period of time, we have grown to more than 40 offices across nine states, and we are just getting started.

Pay
- $225,000 to $275,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Additional uncapped production and bonus compensation

Requirements
- Seven (7)+ years of new client financial services sales experience (not servicing)
- Active State Life & Health Insurance Licenses
- Series 65 or equivalent
