Senior Retail Stocking Associate

About the role

Responsible for stocking and organizing retail merchandise in a variety of categories. This includes receiving, shelving, and maintaining product displays to ensure customer satisfaction and store aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise according to store layout and category standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock area.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
