Senior Retail Specialist / Keyholder (Lancaster)

Soccer Post is the nation's largest community-focused soccer specialty retailer and is expanding fast. We are seeking an experienced retail professional with keyholder responsibilities, a passion for leadership, problem-solving, and the drive to take a retail career to the next level. This is a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping a store, developing a team, and influencing the soccer community.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and live the values that define the Soccer Post brand
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching new team members
• Coach staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• Help drive sales strategies to meet—or beat—store goals
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and positivity
• Address team performance issues according to company guidelines
• Stay informed about upcoming product launches and promotions
• Partner with store leadership on marketing and promotional activities
• Support team orders, special orders, and community-focused initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing store environment
• Jump in wherever you're needed—because you're a true team player

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience with keyholder and supervisory responsibilities
• A natural leadership style that inspires confidence and motivates teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure
• Understanding of store budgets or willingness to learn
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for community engagement
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Occasional desk and computer work

Schedule

Weekend availability required. This role can be either full-time or part-time.
