Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner - Respiratory Therapy

About the role
This position is responsible for keeping standards and procedures current, reviewing new equipment and supplies, maintaining and advancing the education of therapists, and assisting the Manager in the annual evaluation of current employees and evaluation of new employees.

Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- 3 years of clinical experience appropriate to the area coordinated
- Lead therapist or supervisory experience

Pay
The pay range for this position is $46.14 - $70.71 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
