Responsibilities
- Support the roll out of new resourcing platform and process
- Coordinate and track creative and strategy resource assignment and availabilities across the team and proactively anticipate and address potential conflicts with scheduling related to deliverables and assigned resources
- Collaborate with account management and production project leads on overall project timelines and changes
- Provide short- and long-term forecasting based on client plans and flag potential under or overstaffed periods
- Manage needed freelance documentation in conjunction with TA/IT/Finance partners
- Identify opportunities to integrate new process, capabilities, tools and reporting and help teams transition away from outdated ways of working
- Partner with cross-functional teams and departments to drive consistent and reliable delivery on multifaceted projects
- Lead prioritization of client deliverables in collaboration with account management, creative and strategy leadership
- Attend or lead necessary status meetings and communicate necessary follow-ups to relevant stakeholders and team members
- Identify and coordinate or facilitate training for new team members and/or cross-functional teams as necessary related to operational processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or studio setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and AirTable along with an understanding of Adobe and Figma
- Experience with the creative development process, timelines and deliverables trafficking
- Understanding of resource management across large overlapping projects
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at the same time while paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to work with ambiguity & quickly adapt to changes in priority
- Solutioning mindset – Able to identify issues before they escalate, implementing corrective actions in advance
- Strong communication skills appropriate across levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, self-driven, and a quick learner
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Experience leading in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (incl. cross-functional teams)
- Experience with managing resourcing for creative and strategy teams
- Experience with digital projects (web + app), along with campaign marketing, loyalty and brand partnerships
- Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, Netsuite/ERP software
Qualifications
- Experience with Figma
- Starting salary between $80,000 - $90,000
