Responsibilities
- Support Army logistics resource management programs through planning, program execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate resource requirements, organizational performance, funding execution, and emerging issues.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision-making and resource recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting Army logistics resource management initiatives.
- Support the planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and tracking of Army logistics resources and organizational priorities.
- Cook up activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support resource management objectives.
- Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, funding actions, and action items to ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
- Synthesize complex financial, operational, and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve mission performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision-making.
- Support resource planning, financial analysis, program integration, and organizational assessment activities, as required.
- Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.
- Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Management, Economics, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Twelve or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, resource management, financial management, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
- Experience supporting resource planning, financial analysis, program management, budget execution, or organizational assessments.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, financial systems, and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Available for occasional travel.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Management, Economics, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Twelve plus years of experience supporting Army logistics resource management or other DoD organizations.
- Experience supporting headquarters-level resource planning, budget development, financial management, program execution, or organizational governance.
- Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, financial analysis, or data visualization products.
- Familiarity with business process improvement, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups and stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.
