Senior Residential Advisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor group living conditions and make decisions and recommendations.
• Evaluate situations and conditions inside dorms and ensure completion of duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations for assigned shifts.
• Afford assistance with residential advisor functions to ensure safety and appropriate student behavior within the dorm.
• Communicate with families of students to resolve problems and assure the well-being of students.
• Cookordinator activities of dorms, including recreation and entertainment on and off center, dorm competitions, dorm courts, and after-hour tutoring and learning activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience working with youth.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Schedule

Varies, Full Time, 8hr shifts, 2rd Shift (3pm to 12 am), 3rd Shift (12 am to 8:30 am).
