Wellspring is seeking a compassionate and community-minded Senior Resident Support Specialist to join our Housing team at a newly opened affordable housing complex in Bellevue. This position combines direct resident support and advocacy, senior-level team support, community and youth programming, and partner/contract oversight. The Senior Resident Support Specialist will work directly with residents to address housing stability and other barriers, while also providing day-to-day guidance and problem-solving support to the Residential Services team. In addition, this position will monitor services provided by a programmatic partner who will be serving the needs of residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an ideal role for an experienced housing or human-services professional who enjoys a combination of direct service, team leadership, community partnership, program coordination, and quality oversight. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, communication, organization, cultural competency, and the ability to navigate complex situations independently.
