About the role

We are seeking a Senior Researcher specializing in efficient deep learning methodologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research that impacts real-world applications.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop innovative methods for efficient deep learning.
  • Design and implement new algorithms for model optimization, architecture design, and inference efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external researchers to advance the field.
  • Mentor interns and collaborate with product groups to apply research findings.
  • Publish research findings at top-tier conferences and events.

Requirements

  • A Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant post-graduate research experience.
  • Expertise in computer vision methods and deep learning.
  • Background in pruning, quantization, neural architecture search (NAS), and efficient model design.
  • Experience with large language models and vision-language models is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with experience in C++ and parallel programming (CUDA).
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale model training, including data preparation and model parallelization.

Benefits

  • NVIDIA offers competitive compensation packages, including base salaries ranging from $192,000 to $304,750 for Level 4 and $224,000 to $356,500 for Level 5.
  • Equity and comprehensive benefits package.

Pay

  • Base salary range: $192,000 - $304,750 for Level 4, and $224,000 - $356,500 for Level 5.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
