Job Duties
- Design and develop image and signal processing techniques to solve complex EO/IR and SAR ATR sensing challenges.
- Perform R&D to enhance performance of detection, tracking and ATR algorithms on remotely sensed data.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and deploy capabilities to prototype Near Real Time (NRT) systems.
- Provide input to analysis reports and briefings on algorithm enhancement and tool development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Matlab, C/C++.
- Experience and understanding of EO/IR/RF signature, ATR, and ML methods specific to remote sensing applications.
- Working knowledge of state of the art ML techniques for performing detection, tracking, and ATR.
- Understanding and ability to work independently and in an R&D and data analysis environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance.
- MS in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
Desired Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly.
- PhD in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
