Responsibilities
- Identify key projects in tenant engagement and conversational AI
- Design and conduct experiments to drive production launches
- Mentor junior scientists and review their work
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement research findings
- Shape company research agenda based on identified challenges
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Mathematics, Theoretical Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum five years post-PhD experience in industry or academia
- Established academic record preferred
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis
- Proven experience developing and implementing machine learning models
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in real-world contexts
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar with experience in ML libraries
- Willingness to work in-office 4-5 days a week
