About the role

Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in design sprints and facilitate user research sessions to gather insights for product development.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one full-stack technology stack (e.g., React.js, Node.js).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Slack.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • JavaScript, Python, or equivalent.
  • HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Version control systems (Git).
  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
