Senior Research Engineer - Enterprise Products

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate routing policies for effective distribution of LLM traffic
• Build and run agentic benchmarks to assess algorithm quality and create calibration data
• Contribute design docs, code reviews, and documentation to an open-source repository
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the company to ensure seamless software integration
• Turn benchmark results into actionable insights for routing profiles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of industry experience in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Experience designing or running LLM evaluations/benchmarks, ideally agentic ones
• Understanding of techniques in Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, and Speech Recognition
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, distributed team
• A solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity
• A desire for continuous learning and growth
