Senior Research Associate - PHCS

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Research Associate to support research and development programs through experimental design, execution, data analysis, and technical problem-solving. This role will contribute to complex research initiatives, drive process improvements, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments supporting research and development programs.Interpret complex data, troubleshoot technical challenges, and recommend next steps.Prepare technical reports, protocols, presentations, and supporting documentation.Maintain accurate laboratory records and data files.Develop and optimize laboratory methods, workflows, and experimental approaches.Participate in cross-functional investigations, technical teams, and project initiatives.Contribute to process improvements and support publication or intellectual property activities.Present scientific findings to project teams and stakeholders.Train and mentor junior laboratory personnel while supporting quality laboratory operations.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline.4-6+ years of relevant laboratory or research experience.Strong experience designing, executing, and interpreting laboratory experiments.Demonstrated technical expertise in relevant laboratory methods and applications.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience preparing technical reports and scientific presentations.Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading technical investigations or process improvement initiatives.Experience contributing to scientific publications, presentations, or intellectual property activities.Experience mentoring laboratory staff or junior scientists.Experience working in regulated research, development, or manufacturing environments. #MSPTalent Full-time employees are also eligible for benefits options such as health coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k benefits.At Advanced Group, our commitment to diversity and inclusion in every part of our organization is crucial to fulfilling our mission and demonstrating our REAL values.
